Florida Aviation Trades Association Hosts Free Biz-Av Event

"Beyond The Runway" Looks At Strategic Partnerships

The Florida Aviation Trades Association (FATA) is hosting "Beyond The Runway: Why General Aviation Means Business" in June of this year. The event is intended for local businesses to talk to leaders in the business aviation world and get insight into how strategic partnerships can increase the bottom line.

FATA says that last year alone, general aviation operations produced $2.3 billion worth of economic activity in Florida. they says that among the companies that are thriving at local airports are Aircraft Charter, Crop Dusting, Law Enforcement, Medical Transport, Cargo Operations, Aerial Photography, Aviation Fueling, Disaster Relief, Aircraft Insurance, Sightseeing, Corporate Aircraft Operations, and Catering.

The event at the Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida, begins with a breakfast session on Wednesday, June 16th, and continues with a session on social media that's applicable to all businesses.

The "Beyond The Runway" event is free, but an RSVP is requested. It is part of the larger FATA annual conference June 14-16 in St. Augustine.
