GARYLEBLANC ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5500 FEETAGL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 302334N/0913226W OR THEBATON ROUGE /BTR/ VORTAC 241 DEGREE RADIAL AT 13.9 NAUTICALMILES. LOUISIANA STATE PATROL/LT GARY LEBLANC, TELEPHONE 225-933-1027, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY.HOUSTON /ZHU/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 281-230-5560, IS THE FAACOORDINATION FACILITY.
