JIMMY DUCKWORTH ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 291952N/0895902W THE HARVEY /HRV/ VORTAC 176 DEGREE RADIAL AT 31 NAUTICAL MILES.
