ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ANCHORAGE ARTCC (ZAN) ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE FROM 581609N/1342241W TO 581808N/1342213W TO 581654N/1341821W TO POINTOF BEGINNING.
