Source: New Pilot Tyler perry... who admitted that he was afraid to fly... Realizing that the boat option would probably take too long for quick getaway trips, Perry determined that the best way to get over his fear of flying so he could enjoy his island home was to learn to do it ... so he did. Reports in numerous entertainment media outlets indicate that he recently earned his pilot certificate so that he could fly himself and his friends to the island. He said it was all a matter of conquering fears.
