Fractional Jet Ownership Program Targets Corporate Flyers

Economy Makes Program More Attractive, Company Says

Flight Options has unveiled more details about their new Phenom 300 Fractional Jet Ownership program, which will target corporations caught in the aftermath of bailouts and belt-tightening.

As one of the few aviation companies in the nation to introduce a new program during the challenging economic conditions of the past few months, Flight Options says it is renewing its commitment to Corporate America with an option it says will reduce costs without sacrificing profits or productivity.

"There is nothing in the air today that will even come close to being as economical to buy, fly or maintain as the Phenom 300. Our timing could not be better," says Jay Heublein, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Flight Options. "Flying at a similar cost per mile to a twin engine turboprop, but featuring the performance benefits of a super-light jet, the Phenom 300 renders all other competitive aircraft obsolete. With its economic efficiency, we have structured the fractional program to offer the lowest hourly rate in its class – nearly 30% less than comparable competitive aircraft.”

In 2007, Flight Options placed a near $1 billion order for one hundred Phenom 300s to be delivered over the next ten years, with options to purchase an additional fifty aircraft. The first two aircraft are scheduled to be delivered during the fourth quarter of this year.

As the first to offer the Phenom 300 in a fractional ownership program, Flight Options has recently begun to accept deposits for delivery positions. Demand has been high due to the fact that a new order of the Phenom 300 will not see delivery until the year 2012.
