Gogo Going Public

Files S-1 Registration Statement For Initial Public Offering

In-flight Internet connectivity provider Gogo said Friday it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The shares of common stock to be sold in this offering are proposed to be sold by Gogo Inc. and certain of its stockholders. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Securities LLC are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering, and Allen & Company LLC, Evercore Group L.L.C. and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. are acting as co-managers.
