The FAA has extended flight restrictions over Simferopol in Crimea and Dnipropetrovsk in Ukraine. The restrictions apply to all U.S. air carriers and commercial operators, according to the FAA. Exceptions are allowed for flights that are authorized by another agency of the U.S. Government, or emergency situations.
