JetBlue Airways -- offering 'helpful hints' for fat-cat CEOs now
relegated to traveling on commercial airliners -- has drawn
significant objection from two organizations fed up with
stereotypical portrayals of business aviation users.

organization for most US airlines, issued its first of what is
expected to be a series of reports on the impact of the global
recession on passenger and cargo airline traffic. And the news

Company "First And Only Vendor" Able To Make That Claim
Captain Robert Holleran, Jeppesen chief technical pilot, has
successfully completed the flight validation training course per
FAA notice 8260.66 [Flight Validation of Satellite-Based
Performance Based Navigation (PBN) and Special Wide Area
Augmentation System (WAAS) Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP)].
This makes Captain Holleran one of only four individuals who have
received this authorization, and makes Jeppesen the first and only
third-party vendor authorized to flight check PBN procedures.
Required Navigation Performance (RNP) falls under the overall
umbrella of PBN.
NASA has created a unique "spherical" movie about Earth's
changing ice and snow cover as captured by NASA spacecraft.
"Frozen," a 12-minute, narrated film, premieres at science centers
and museums March 27.
